Homebase Wagga is a bulky goods centre centrally located on Hammond Avenue, Wagga Wagga. Comprising 17 tenants including Harvey Norman, Fantastic Furniture, and Spotlight. The centre extends down Hammond Avenue to include KFC, Hungry Jacks, Bob Jane T-Mart and Jay Car.

Homebase was developed by Profinance Group in 2001 and has been retained as a flagship asset.

Southcity Shopping Centre is a neighbourhood centre, comprising of 18 tenancies, located in the Wagga suburb of Glenfield Park. Opened in 2004, the centre is anchored by Coles Supermarket which underwent expansion as part of the stage two development in 2010 when The Reject Shop was added to the tenancy mix.

This centre was development by the Profinance Group and remains in the property portfolio with plans for a stage three development.

129 Peter Street, Wagga Wagga – commercial building located in the CBD and leased to Commonwealth Government of Australia (Centrelink). This property includes both garaged and on-site parking.
127 Hammond Avenue, Wagga Wagga – industrial building located on the city’s highway. This freestanding building comprises a showroom, office and warehouse facility, currently leased to the Laminex Group.
